Nestron was inspired by the idea of “build first, and move to the desired location later”. Throughout the years, the core team understood and analysed the industry closely by being involved in various projects that still use the traditional way of construction technology. Problems encountered during conventional construction, such as bad weather, mistake installation by workers etc., are delays that are hard to overcome. Thus a “build first, move later” solution is one of the most effective ways we can think of. And that is what inspired Nestron from coming into being and aim to help more people with high efficiency. The first proposal was to have the house 90% pre-fabricated in factories and the rest of the construction to be conducted locally where the house is meant to be placed. However, various obstacles appeared during the onsite construction process. For example, missing materials during the shipment, lack of professionalism of local subcontractors, and multiple delays in local documentations delayed the whole process from the intended project timeframe.

The whole manufacturing process is conducted inside the factory - without construction harm for the environment. 90% of construction materials are recyclable. Besides, foundation-free construction won’t increase environment fragmentation.
Nestron is looking to help ease the burden of unemployed, low-income, elderly, or disabled homebuyers who want to purchase Nestron housing. With this in mind, we have initiated a financial support project worth US$ 1,000,000 to fulfill the company's mission.
